We are Shawn (36, Canadian) and Venus (33, from Hong Kong), and we are interested in renting your apartment.
We have lived in Rotterdam and The Hague for the past three years and are now relocating to Breda as I begin my doctoral research.
Venus works as a writer and curator, and I work as a researcher and teacher. We are a quiet, responsible, non-smoking couple with no pets. We take good care of our home and are looking for a comfortable place to live long-term.
Financially, I will receive a monthly doctoral research grant from the Orpheus Instituut for the duration of my research, and we both also work part-time. In addition, we have an excellent rental history in the Netherlands, and have sufficient savings to comfortably cover our living expenses.
